I recently purchased twelve (12) LG HG2 18650 20a batteries from IMR Batteries. I was pretty sure these were the exact same batteries of which I bought a pair a few months ago when I my future father-in-law gifted me a Sigelei 100W. Now he just recently also gifted me a Reuleaux RX200, so I knew I needed more cells. I also just ordered my fiance a SMOK G320. So, soon to be having two triple-battery mods and wanting an alternate set for each of us during charging, ergo 12 batteries (and 20 wraps just in case they’re needed).
Anyway, when this recent order arrived, she was the one to actually notice both on the batteries themselves and the safety sheet accompanying the package, a printed warning states "not for use in e-cigarettes".
Now I’m just wondering if this warning is just in reference to mech mods/unregulated devices and if i will be safe using them in the regulated mods she and I will be using. Thanks e-cig sub, and keep up the awesome!
Edit: Forgot to mention, I do know about married battery sets. And not to worry, I’ve already Sharpie-labeled each trio into their assigned ménage à trois 😉
